    Section 1 - Constitutional Rights
*it has rights or as you can say privilledges for those who are citezens in the united states
*these "privilledges" are freedom of religion, freedom of press, and freedom of assembly

Section 2 - Freedom of Religion
*it was just starting out in the american collinies
*since the majority of the population have a religion it was only right to make it so that people can choose their own religion with out anyone telling them anything.

Section 3 - Freedom of Speech
*this is the right to saying your opinions
*there are two ways in which speech can be thought of which are pure speech wich means that you can communicate in the forms of words wether it bieng a small group like your family or a large crowd like your shcool and the second is symbolic speech where u use certain things to express your oppinions like carrying a sign that says pigs are friends not food this would state that u are an animal activisit

Section 4 - Freedom of the Press
*this is similar to freedom of speech but in this case the opinions are bieng written down by others and media is involved such as the news.
*so this is allowed to do freely but for instance if its something major that may affect the nation they have to wait before they can actually publish it

Section 5 - Freedom of Assembly
*this is what allows you to broad cast ur opinions with more liberty because you are allowed to do petitions, marches exct.
*your allowed to do it in public property however in most cases you need a permit so things dont get to out of control
